In the following year (2024), we were then able to reduce food waste by a further 10.4% (7 tons) with the same number of meals. In 2024 alone, we were able to achieve cost savings of CHF 75,000 without making any adjustments to the processes in the kitchen. Of course, we will carry out an evaluation again for 2025 – we are already looking forward to it!"
